Unfortunately, we do not currently send orders to customers from outside the UK.

The costs for delivery within the UK are:

Small ItemUK First Class £2.75
Medium ItemsUK First Class £5.99
Large ItemsUK First Class £15.00

These charges apply to UK Mainland only. We do not currently ship outside the UK.

We aim to dispatch all orders within two working days of receipt of your order.

We reserve the right to end our free shipping offer at any time and you will be notified before your order is processed if this is the case.

All items are sent using a signed for service. This means that someone will have to be at the specified delivery address to receive your order.

You must inform us within seven working days if you believe the goods to be lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

We aim to provide an excellent customer service and are not liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss as a result of purchasing from either our Website or high-street Store.

Returns Policy

All goods, with the exception of Bespoke products, may be returned for a full refund within 28days providing they are in their original, undamaged and unopened packaging. Where goods are proved to be lost or damaged in transit Twitter Lane must be informed within 7 days of you recieving the goods, or 28 days of ordering for lost orders. Orders proved to be lost or damaged in transit will be replaced free of charge.
